The team at Bark Avenue spent four days in Las Vegas honing in on our business so we can continue to exceed the expectations of our clients and staff. We
attended the Owners of Dog Daycares Conference, which consisted of approximately 200 dog business owners across the nation. We collaborated with this network of people to learn and share ideas. This year we were fortunate to hear professionals speak on topics such as dog training, dog enrichment, and the importance of treating our dog business as any other major corporation – this includes providing a good corporate culture for our employees. Three members of our management team spent countless hours listening, sharing, asking questions, and gathering great new ideas to bring back to you, our clients. We can’t wait to roll out some of the changes over the next several months. Things such as new enrichment ideas to not only help your dogs have fun at doggie daycare but build their skills and learn new ones are on the horizon. As a management team, we’re also bringing back fresh ideas to keep our staff engaged and excited about the work they do every day to make them the best they can be for your dogs.
