Basic Obedience (Lvl 2)
This three-week class builds on the skills learned in Basic Obedience - Level 1. Increase your dog’s focus and continue to improve their skills through positive training methods. Intermediate Obedience aims to develop more formal obedience skills by increasing duration and distance. We promote higher levels of response under increased distractions. Requirement: Completed Intermediate Obedience (Level I) or equivalent or have a trainer’s approval. A weekly class on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Let’s start with teamwork and the basics… “sit”, “down” and learning not to pull on leash are among the popular commands. The goal of this class is to learn the basics while using positive reinforcement. Each class builds on the prior week’s topics and discussion of ways to manage and eliminate unwanted behavior. Start your puppy off on the right paw and learn how to succeed with your new furry family member! Establish a strong relationship with your puppy during their development. Learn how to communicate and build confidence, while exposing your puppy to new sights, sounds and textures.
